PROCESS OF VOCATIONAL COUNSELING FOR STUDENTS AT HIGH SCHOOLS

Summary: 
Vocational counseling is an interactive process between counselor (teacher) and students, in which counselor (teacher) applies his / her knowledge and skills to support students to improve their problem-solving competency in job choice in the future. The process of consultation activity includes 3 stages and 11 steps with clear objectives, contents and methods: Stage 1 - Preparation for vocational counseling (5 steps); Stage 2 - Vocational counseling for students (4 steps); Stage 3 - Conclusions, assessments and lessons learned after vocational counseling for students (2 steps)
