Summary:
Vocational teaching staff - Ministry of National Defence- plays a special important part, determines the success of education cause and the effectiveness of professional education management depends on their professional qualifications. To evaluate the current situation of the teaching staff and its management development at vocational colleges in the Central Coast areas, the author conducted a survey of experts in vocational training, managers in department of labor, invalids and social affairs, managers and some lecturers at vocational colleges through survey forms.
