Summary:
This study aims to explore the current state of the digital education ecosystem and digital transformation in general education schools in Hoa Binh province. A quantitative research method was employed to survey 300 administrators and teachers, as well as 200 students, focusing on technological infrastructure, digital resources, digital competencies, supportive policies, and stakeholder involvement. The findings indicate that although some progress has been made, general education schools continue to face challenges such as fragmented infrastructure, limited financial resources, and disparities in digital competencies, particularly in remote areas. The study proposes several solutions, including upgrading infrastructure, enhancing digital skills, ensuring sustainable funding, strengthening collaboration, and fostering a culture of digital education. This report provides practical recommendations for promoting the digital education ecosystem and achieving comprehensive digital transformation. The research findings serve as a valuable reference for education managers, teachers, and other stakeholders in developing and implementing the digital education ecosystem in general education schools in Hoa Binh province and in other regions across the country.
