Summary:
Resources play a crucial role in the development of early childhood education. Without adequate resources, sustainable growth in this sector cannot be ensured. The development of early childhood education does not occur naturally but requires active resource mobilization. To mobilize resources effectively, strategic planning and innovative approaches are essential. Simultaneously, the management of resource mobilization must be strengthened to ensure efficient implementation. This article reviews domestic and international research on key issues: resource mobilization for educational development, resource mobilization for early childhood education and its management. A comprehensive review of these studies is essential to identify critical insights and research priorities.
