Summary:
The article analyzes the results of pedagogical experiments of several educational experience activities to reduce plastic waste on 75 10th and 11th-grade students of Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted in Hue City in January 2024. Evaluation before and after the experiment showed that there was a difference before and after the impact with Sig coefficient <0.05: average cognitive score increased from 4.25 to 4.51, knowledge rose from 3.35 to 4.20, attitude increased from 3.52 to 4.11, behavior increased from 3.42 to 4.14. The experimental results have contributed to proving the effectiveness of experiential activities in improving awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and plastic waste reduction behavior for high school students. The research results are an essential practical basis for replicating educational experience activities to reduce plastic waste for students in many high schools, contributing to protecting the local and country's living environment.
