Summary: 
The article analyzed data collected from an online survey and in-depth interviews with teachers on implementing the general education curriculum in Economics and Law under the 2018 general education curriculum in some Vietnamese high schools from the perspective of teachers directly involved in teaching. The survey results showed that although the general education curriculum in Economics and Law has been widely implemented and received consensus from educational administrators, many teachers still face difficulties in teaching. These difficulties include: a lack of appropriate teaching materials, many specialized terms, limitations in teacher training and development, testing and evaluation, etc. In addition, the article also points out the factors that cause difficulties and challenges for teachers in the teaching process and expresses their wishes to improve the quality of teaching Economics and Law Education as well. Thereby, the article draws some conclusions and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the curriculum implementation.
