Tóm tắt: 
Bài viết này nhằm tổng quan các công trình về phát triển năng lực dạy học cho sinh viên Sư phạm dựa trên mô hình TPACK. Với cách tiếp cận tổng quan kết hợp giữa phân tích thư mục và phân tích chủ đề nội dung, nghiên cứu tiến hành tìm hiểu số lượng công bố, mạng lưới từ khóa, xu hướng nghiên cứu và các chủ đề nổi bật. Dữ liệu được lựa chọn trên cơ sở dữ liệu SCOPUS, sàng lọc theo quy trình PRISMA, đảm bảo phù hợp với tiêu chí nghiên cứu. Quá trình phân tích dữ liệu được thực hiện trên phần mềm VOSviewer, Excel. Kết quả cho thấy, nghiên cứu về TPACK trong đào tạo sinh viên Sư phạm có sự gia tăng sau năm 2020, thể hiện định hướng về đổi mới đào tạo giáo viên trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số. Các chủ đề nổi bật gồm phát triển TPACK thông qua khóa học và chương trình đào tạo, TPACK theo đặc thù môn học, thiết kế bài học, đánh giá TPACK trong thực hành và ứng dụng công nghệ mới. Nghiên cứu kì vọng cung cấp những cơ sở tham khảo cho nhà nghiên cứu, giảng viên sư phạm và các cơ sở đào tạo giáo viên trong thiết kế chương trình phát triển năng lực dạy học tích hợp công nghệ.
