Summary:
This study surveyed 224 Sociology students graduated from Trade Union University from 2002 to 2017 by convenient sampling method. The results show that the employment status of students after graduation has made significant achievements with a high number of students found jobs related to their training majors. The application of the trained knowledge and skills has also promoted efficiency in the current jobs, including the development of confidence, creativity, and teamwork skills
