Summary:
The paper presents an overview of the quality assessment activities at program level according to the AUN-QA criteria at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. We analyze the results of 20 assessed programmes that related to teaching and learning, including the following activities: 1/ Programme assessment at Hanoi University of Science and Technology; 2/ criteria related to teaching and learning activities in the AUN-QA; 3/ Activities to improve the teaching quality after after assessing the program. Thereby, we propose some recommendations to improve the quality of teaching and learning at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
