Summary: 
Blended teaching is increasingly focused and developed in educational institutions, especially in higher education institutions in light of the effects of COVID-19. Blended learning includes online and faceto-face sessions. In particular, online lectures need to be planned and prepared much more carefully than face-to-face sessions, from building questions, structuring lectures to considering interactivity with students. This study directly develops a combined self-study course in order to: 1/ Consider the self-study needs of students; 2/ Assess the difficulties and advantages in the construction and implementation of the training course in practice; 3/ Evaluate users’ satisfaction with the combined course. A total of 73 graduate and undergraduate students participated in the 4-week course. Accordingly, qualitative and quantitative data have been collected to evaluate the course quality and students’ satisfaction, showing the feasibility of implementing the blended learning model with: 1/ The satisfaction of the students is at relatively high-level performance, 2/ The content has a high amount of interaction; 3/ The quality of lesson comprehension, as shown by the test results, is quite good.
