FOSTERING TEACHERS BASED ON COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATION AT HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE CURRENT PERIOD

Summary: 
From the past until now, teachers have always had an extremely important position in the development of society. A good teacher is not only a person who knows how to transfer knowledge, but also has to know how to lead and inspire students, attaches great importance to knowledge, as well as educates students to be human. It is a person who imparts knowledge, is an educator in shaping and developing life skills and morals for students, and is a good example for students to follow. Currently, the requirements of scientific and technological innovation and international integration in education as been identified that the teachers’ roles, positions, knowledge, skills and attitudes must always satisfy the development of education and society. Therefore, it is imperative to foster teachers in the direction of capacity development in high schools.
