CREATING DIGITAL CONTENT AND APPLYING IN E-TEXTBOOKS FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Summary: 
The present paper summarizes applications of information and communications technology in education and a number of research attainments of designing digital learning materials. By presenting the digital transformation in the context of the fourth industrial revolution, the author raises the issue of creating digital content and applying in designing online textbooks, which includes requirements and structures regarding e-textbooks. This paper also introduces an example of the first step towards designing Mathematics e-textbooks for Grade 1 that meets the demand of the new general education curriculum (2018).
