CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTIONS

Summary: 
Vocational Education Law 2014 has identified the legal framework for the development of vocational training system, which leads to the fact that the management activities need to be changed to meet the requirement of the development of the vocational training system. This paper focuses on exploring some theoretical basis in the change management and the role of the leaders of vocational training institutions in managing the changes.
