SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS FOR USING CHATGPT TO SUPPORT SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS' LEARNING: A CASE STUDY IN DANANG CITY

Summary: 
ChatGPT is a powerful learning support tool for students, offering the ability to answer questions, synthesize knowledge, and create personalized study materials. It aids in improving their research and independent learning skills while stimulating their curiosity and exploration of new knowledge flexibly and effectively. Through quantitative research, the article addresses the current situation of using ChatGPT to support the learning of 870 secondary school students across seven Districts/Wards in Da Nang City and proposes five solutions. The research aims to optimize its application in the learning process, providing information support, answering inquiries, and enhancing learning skills for high school students.
