IMPACTS OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON GLOBAL EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS AND VIETNAM EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM

Summary: 
The remarkable development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools is gradually asserting itself as a revolutionary technology in the 21st century, one tool that has the potential to entirely reshape the global education system. Recognizing the importance of AI, major organizations worldwide and governments are urgently formulating specific policies and guidelines to optimize benefits and prepare for the challenges and risks that AI may pose. For developing education systems like Vietnam, AI presents both opportunities for advancement and risks of setbacks. Therefore, the paper delves into the historical development of AI during the educational revolution, analyzes its impact on both the global and Vietnamese education systems, and proposes recommendations to promote the development of policies for managing and utilizing AI effectively. The ultimate goal is to enhance the quality of teaching and learning, thereby narrowing the educational division between regions and countries.
