The objective of the study was to clarify a relationship between the satisfaction of work needs and work motivation of primary school teachers. To achieve this, the authors conducted a survey using a Self- Report Autobiographical Questionnaire. The survey was conducted on 91 primary school teachers in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces to evaluate their current work motivation and satisfaction levels of work needs and to identify any relationships among these factors. The article also presents the research findings and proposes managerial implications to enhance the work motivation of primary school teachers and staff.
