THE THEORETICAL BASIS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICE ACTIVITIES IN PRIVATE PRESCHOOLS IN THE CURRENT CONTEXT

Educational service activities in private preschools comprise a system of childcare, nurturing, and educational practices aimed at meeting parents’ needs within the context of educational socialization and a market oriented mechanism. In recent years, many studies have addressed service quality and parental satisfaction; however, the theoretical foundation for managing educational service activities in private preschools remains insufficiently systematized and lacks integration between educational management and service management approaches. This paper aims to address this gap by clarifying the theoretical basis for managing educational service activities in private preschools in the current context. The study adopts a theoretical orientation, using methods of analysis–synthesis, systematization, and generalization of domestic and international literature. The findings indicate that educational service activities in private preschools include four core components: teaching and education; childcare and nurturing; extracurricular activities and skills development; and parental support and collaboration. Management is implemented through key functions: planning, organizing, directing, and inspection evaluation linked to service quality improvement. The study contributes to enriching the theoretical foundation for managing educational service activities in private preschools in an integrated manner aligned with ongoing educational reform.
