Summary:
Currently, digital transformation in teaching and learning at military universities has become an inevitable trend to meet the demand for training high-quality human resources, contributing to the building of a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern Army. The study used multiple research methods, including practical observation, document analysis, in-depth interviews, and a quantitative survey of 200 lecturers and cadets at the Political University. The results indicate that the University demonstrates a high level of readiness in terms of awareness, responsibility, and human resources for digital transformation in teaching and learning. However, several barriers remain, including inconsistent technological infrastructure, a degree of reluctance toward innovation among some lecturers, specific regulations on information security and safety, and the lack of breakthrough changes in teaching methods. Based on the assessment of the current situation, the article proposes five major solutions: Enhancing awareness and political determination; Improving facilities and technological infrastructure; Strengthening the digital competencies of teaching staff; Reviewing and adjusting policies and management regulations; and innovating curricula, content, and teaching methods. These solutions aim to promote digital transformation in teaching and learning at the University and may also apply to other military universities.
