Summary:

Student clubs are integral organizations in any university, offering a variety of activities and formats, all coordinated under the guidance of the Youth Union and the university's Student Union. Experiential learning activities are a mandatory component of the 2018 General Education Curriculum in the primary school. Future primary school teachers must organize these activities for pupils, and their participation in university provides valuable experience in this area. Engaging in student clubs helps future educators develop skills in organizing activities, managing clubs, and designing content for primary pupils. This paper examines the models of student clubs in the primary education department at Hanoi Metropolitan University. These clubs operate as a form of self-improvement during professional training, aligning with educational reform requirements. The paper proposes specific solutions to enhance active and effective student participation in these clubs, thereby improving the quality of primary education training at Hanoi Metropolitan University.
