SOME BASIC THEORETICAL ISSUES ABOUT DEVELOPING AN ONLINE LEARNING PLATFORM

Summary: 
An online learning platform is a digital learning environment that allows teachers, learners, and managers to interact, coordinate with each other, and access digital resources at anywhere and any time to complete the given teaching tasks. Despite the importance of developing an online teaching platform in the educational digital transformation, there is still no complete platform in Vietnam currently, causing limitations in the quality of online teaching. This article will outline several main theoretical issues about the structure of an online learning platform.
