TESTING MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON EDUCATING CLIMATE CHANGE RESPONSE AND DISASTER PREVENTION SKILLS FOR ETHNIC MINORITY STUDENTS IN SEMI-BOARDING ETHNIC LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINOUS REGION

Theoretical research on educating climate change response and disaster prevention skills shows that it is essential for students to practice and apply these skills in real-life situations to teach them effectively. Implementing measures to teach students on climate change response and disaster prevention skills by collaborating with community educational forces is a meaningful approach to enhance educational efficiency. By adopting this measure, the skill education activities in schools will become more practical, providing opportunities for students to apply their skills in daily life while also strengthening educational resources and creating consistency across three educational environments. This paper presents the measure testing to confirm its effectiveness, identify challenges in implementation, and explore how to effectively deploy it to improve the quality of skill education and the level of students' climate change adaptation and disaster prevention skills.
