Summary:
Because managing the training activities in civil engineering at universitiesin Vietnam as well as the world still has certain limitations besides strong ones, it is essential to research its theory. In Vietnam, it is becoming increasingly urgent in the context of industrialization nowadays. By using theoretical research methods, this article focuses on analyzing the existing documents related to it. The research results demonstrate some basic theoretical issues on managing the civil engineering training activities at universities in the current era of collaboration based on the theoretical framework for managing the training activities at universities in general and some main characteristics of this major. Of those, the most prominent theoretical point of view is the management of coordination among stakeholders and coordination amongst managers in management.
