Summary:
The Blended Learning model is one of the ways to help learners improve their self-study competence by increasing interaction between teachers and learners. This model is becoming more popular because of its advantages. However, using it in Pedagogical Universities is not really complete due to the limitations of information technology competencies, pedagogical competencies, and infrastructure. Our study presents a case study of using the blended learning model based on a learning management website for students majoring in Biology Pedagogy in the content "Teaching Guide for Evolution". The study points out its principles and process as well as illustrates that process in two theoretical lessons for Pedagogical Biology students. The research results are significant for managers and lecturers at Pedagogical Universities to reference and continue to implement other contents.
