Summary:
This article analyzes the effectiveness of applying digital technology in Citizenship week at Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture—an important program aimed at equipping students with political, ideological, and ethical knowledge. At present, the program is still primarily conducted through traditional methods and has not fully leveraged digital technology to enhance interactivity and learning outcomes. The study employed an online survey of 3.307 students, combined with descriptive statistical analysis. The findings indicate that the integration of digital technology allows students to access content more flexibly, enhances critical thinking skills, and increases engagement. However, the study also points out challenges related to technological infrastructure and lecturers’ digital competencies, requiring comprehensive solutions for more effective implementation. This article provides a scientific basis and practical recommendations for optimizing Citizenship week in the context of digital transformation, thereby contributing to the improvement of higher education quality.
