A PROPOSED PDCA CYCLE FOR UNIVERSITY ADMISSION

The development of new economic sectors in Vietnam has increased the demand for high-quality human resources, contributing to increasing the importance of higher education. Recruitment is the key factor to ensure. Since 2015, university admission has been increasingly improved and more flexible over the years. The diversity of enrollment methods has given candidates more choices when applying for university admission and increased their chances of admission. One issue that needs to be considered in university admission is the quality of enrollment activities. To ensure the effectiveness of university admission, the requirement is how to manage and control the quality of this activity. This article proposes the development of a PDCA cycle applied to university admissions based on the PDCA quality improvement process.
