A STUDY OF CHINESE GRAMMAR LEARNING STRATEGIES FOR STUDENTS AT HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Summary: 
The article uses the questionnaire survey method to survey the Chinese grammar learning strategies of 169 students majoring in Chinese Language at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology. Research findings showed that students used Chinese grammar learning strategies with a high frequency with the order from high to low as the socio-affective, cognitive, and metacognitive strategies. There was no difference in terms of gender and region in the use of groups of Chinese grammar learning strategies. In addition, there was no correlation between grammar learning outcomes and the use of groups of Chinese grammar learning strategies.
