Summary:
This article analyzes the crucial role of the internal quality assurance system (IQAS) in improving educational quality at non-public general schools. The study employs the Systematic Review method to examine the practical implementation of internal quality assurance systems. Findings express that an IQAS not only enables schools to meet national education standards but also enhances management capacity, improves student learning outcomes, and fosters the development of a sustainable quality culture. The effective operation of an IQAS requires strong commitment and close collaboration among stakeholders, along with supporting conditions including: 1) Establishing an appropriate policy framework, 2) Developing specialized human resources, 3) Ensuring adequate financial resources, 4) Integrating technology in a synchronized manner. These factors form the foundation for improving quality and ensuring the sustainable development of non-public educational institutions in the context of ongoing educational reform.
