APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN MANAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF APPLICATION - ORIENTED UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS IN THE DIGITAL ERA FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

Summary: 
As higher education enters a phase of comprehensive digital transformation, the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education presents new opportunities to enhance training quality and f lexibly respond to labor market demands. This paper analyzes the role of AI in managing the development of application-oriented undergraduate programs, focusing on aspects such as personalized learning, future skill demand forecasting, and the optimization of curriculum design and improvement processes. Based on theoretical frameworks of modern management models, and with the research methods used in the article such as synthesis, analysis, generalization, modeling, etc., the research works of domestic and foreign authors, some international organizations, and at the same time, some legal documents of Vietnam, the study proposes several strategies to integrate AI in order to improve management efficiency and promote sustainable development in higher education. The findings contribute to both theoretical foundations and practical implications for educational managers and policymakers in the digital age.
