A MODEL OF AUTONOMY IN HIGH SCHOOL: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND LESSONS FOR VIETNAM

Summary: 
By using research methods such as international comparative research, synthesizing and analyzing documents, this article investigates the school - based management model in high schools in the world. These contents focus on analyzing the model’s elements, including: operational organization, financial autonomy, human resources, and expertise in the process of operating the model. Thereby, this article provides an overview of recommendations and lessons learned for Vietnam
