The impact of constructivist learning environment model on student’s learning strategy for entrepreneur and innovation course

Summary: 
Numerous studies show the big impact between the role of innovative entrepreneurship and economic development, hence the teaching of entrepreneurship and innovation becomes even more important. Existing research in this area has not focused on the direct relationship between teaching activities and student competencies formed after class. Constructivist learning environment (CLE) survey and motivation learning science questionnaire (MLSQ) were administered to 212 undergraduate students. The results show that learning goal orientation is partially mediated the relationship between the CLE and learning strategy. This work is distinctive because it is the first learning environment study delving in classrooms related to innovation and entrepreneur course, which can improve business students’ competence of critical thinking in the field of innovation.
