Summary:
The study aims to identify factors affecting the effectiveness and sustainability of internal training programs at some enterprises in the Saigon High-Tech Park, thereby proposing improvement recommendations. The results show its positiveness, especially in providing knowledge, skills, and support from trainers and enterprises. However, several aspects need to be improved, such as closer interaction and feedback and a long-term program development strategy. Based on the findings, the study proposes several measures to improve the quality and sustainability of internal training programs at businesses in Saigon High-Tech Park. These include enhancing program quality, improving engagement and support, collecting and using feedback effectively, developing long-term development strategies, and encouraging assessment and recognition of employee’s achievements.
