Summary:
The Army Officer College No.2 (Nguyen Hue University) is a training center for officers of the combined army and university division. Due to the characteristics of the subjects and the training objectives, the requirements of students’ practical competencies are always upheld. Therefore, to meet the training requirements, it is very important to develop students’ practical competencies, which is considered as one of the decisive factors to the quality of education and training of schools. This paper is aimed at analyzing and clarifying some theoretical and practical issues, then proposing some solutions to develop the practical competence for students at the Army officer College No.2.
