CURRENT SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS FOR COOPERATIVE HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE FORM OF BOTH WORK AND STUDY AT TEACHER TRAINING COLLEGE

Taking the form of the university transfer, and the study and work program to improve knowledge and skills is suitable to the current trend of education development, which provides the chance for learners to study anytime and anywhere to upgrade their qualifications on “life-long learning”, as well as strictly implement the amended education law of 2020. This is also the task to concretize the content of Resolution 29-NQ / TW of the Central Committee of Party Central Committee “on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training”, and meet the requirements of job position of officials and public servants in the localities after carrying out the project of merging wards, communes and townships. Quang Tri Teacher Training College has a mission not to train teachers for preschools, elementary and junior high schools, connect with other universities, but to connect with other universities to provide the university - level training program for elementary teachers, secondary teachers and local officials. However, the cooperation training mode in the form of both work and study is still facing many difficulties, the number of classes and students is declining; therefore, it is necessary to have solutions to improve the quality of the cooperative higher education for teachers and civil servants working in educational institutions and other agencies and units in Quang Tri province.
