THE MANAGEMENT OF EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

Summary: 
Experiential Learning (EL) has been always seen as a useful approach for solving living problems based on learning by doing. In general, the nature of EL is the participation of “Educational Institution - Family - Community”, specially the learners’ participation in a cycle of “Concrete Experience - Reflective Observation - Abstract Conceptualization - Active Experimentation”. EL is influenced essentially by the factors of learner’s competencies, competencies of teaching staffs, resources of educational institutions as well as support of families and community. Therefore, for successfulness, the management of EL should be followed its process of “Planning - Leading and organizing its plan - Controlling, assessing the results and feedback for improving” to uphold these factors, through developing trustful partnerships between the institution and their families, community in order to create and realize diversifying, rich and useful opportunities of EL for learners successfully.
