Summary:
Building behavior culture is one of the important duties of schools. In order to effectively implementing the behavior culture in schools, it would be essential to focus on 5 basic activities, including: using propaganda to enhance the awareness of building school behavior culture; developing and implementing the Code of Conduct; educating the behaving culture for students; improving the behavioral competency of teachers and school staffs to educate the behavioral culture for their students; promoting collaboration between school, family and society in building the behavioral culture. In order to ensure the successful development of the behavior culture, schools should pay more attention on human, financial and material resources.
