APPLYING THE PDCA CYCLE INTO THE TRAINING MANAGEMENT AT BUDDHISM INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL

Summary: 
One of the keys to developing sustainable education in parallel with preserving and developing Vietnam's Buddhist traditions is Buddhist education and training. This article analyzes the training stages at Buddhist Intermediate school according to the PDCA cycle, including Input management, process management, output management, and context regulation management through theoretical analysis and synthesis methods. Research results are the foundation for implementing the training management process at Buddhist Intermediate Schools in Vietnam. In addition, the theoretical framework proposed to build a research model and indicators on the management of Buddhist education and training at Buddhist Intermediate Schools contributes to shaping and expanding our understanding of this specific education in Vietnam.
