APPLICATION OF BLENDED LEARNING IN TEACHING SCIENTIFIC SOCIALISM AT THE UNIVERSITY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY

Summary: 
Blended learning is a popular approach in the context of digital transformation in education. However, it's important to study how to apply this method effectively to achieve the best results. In this article, the author discusses the teaching/learning practices of Scientific Socialism at the University of Information and Communications Technology - Thai Nguyen University. The survey results show that students' outcomes for the Scientific Socialism module are not effective when using either direct learning or E-learning methods. Therefore, the author recommends using a blended approach to teaching Political Theory and Scientific Socialism to achieve the highest effectiveness at the University of Information and Communications Technology.
