Summary: 
Transferring the knowledge and skills acquyred from any workplace training courses causes business leaders or managers to deeply consider whether to invest in training or not. In the context where the economy is more and more competitive, human resource competition among businesses is becoming highly intense, the training at workplace, accordingly, must not only improve business efficiency, optimize the investment costs, and enhance employees’ competence, but also attract, orient and retain human capitals for the business. In fact, many businesses are applying information technology to enable, support, monitor and manage the learning of employees, in which such roles of any relevant stakeholders are clearly defined as Learners, Supervisors and the Training department.
