Summary:

According to the study, there is a positive correlation between population growth and the number of children with disabilities. As a result, as local and foreign specialized education institutes grow, so does the demand for children with disabilities to have access to highquality education. Nonetheless, there is still a low percentage of school attendance among children with disabilities, a low rate of teachers with specialized training, and a limited number of teaching facilities. These factors prevent the network of specialized educational institutions from growing. Consequently, it is imperative to establish a network of specialized educational institutions in Vietnam in order to guarantee educational access opportunities for individuals with disabilities throughout all regions. This will be achieved by utilizing the resources that are currently available in the education and training system and by organizing social resources to support this effort.
