Summary:
The article presents the assessment results of the awareness of the educational forces (managers, teachers, educational researchers) on the forecast of the number of children and students attending to school as well as the assurance of conditions for the educational development in Vietnam. Through a survey of 6300 managers and teachers at all levels, 150 lecturers and educational researchers, and 120 educational administrators at all levels, the author found many interesting evidence. In particular, the outstanding results reflect that the perception of the education forces on the forecast of the number of children and students attending to school is limited, leading to the renovation and development of education are not profound and comprehensive. Therefore, overcoming the limitations of opinion is a necessary solution to ensure the conditions for educational development in our country.
