Summary:
Language is the most profound expression of a culture and cultural elements are present in every aspect of a language. Communicationbased teaching in general and communication culture teaching in particular is one of the main ideas of the mother tongue language teaching strategy in high schools. Vietnam is a multi-ethnic country. Developing education in ethnic minority areas is a strategic task. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate communicative culture education for elementary school students into Vietnamese subject in the Northern mountainous provinces, which contributes to improving personal competence and life quality for students in order to achieve the goal of comprehensive education of students’ personality
