ECONOMIC INCENTIVES AS POLICIES FOR MOTIVATING TEACHERS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Summary: 
America has been facing the shortage of school teachers, therefore, in recent years many incentive policies have been applied for retaining teachers as well as improving education quality. The article focused on economic incentives such as reform of salary policies, provision of bonuses or indirect income increase etc. These policies have brought certain effectiness and could be references or lessons for Vietnam.
