Summary: 
Developing a preschool education program grounded in a multicultural approach necessitates the integration of diverse perspectives, cultural backgrounds, and experiences of local ethnic groups into the content and educational activities at the grassroots level. The goal of a multicultural approach in the development of preschool education programs is to ensure equality and fairness in educating all children while fostering acceptance of diversity and aiming for solidarity in the future. This article synthesizes and analyzes relevant documents to present crucial issues in the process of developing preschool education programs with a multicultural approach, intending to assist both management officials and preschool teachers in more effectively integrating multicultural education.
