Summary:
In the context of globalization and international integration, quality culture becomes increasingly important for the development of higher education. Developing a quality cultural environment in higher education institutions has been studied in Europe, the United States, and other Asian countries with advanced higher education. In Vietnam, this issue is also a concern of the higher education system. The purpose of the article is to explore the reality of developing a quality cultural environment in higher education institutions with the mission of developing and training educational administrators in Vietnam. A quantitative method was used to collect information by questionnaires on 1.047 administrators, teachers, staff members, and students. The findings showed their awareness of the importance of building a quality cultural environment as well as their roles and responsibilities. However, its expression level is only above average.
