Summary:
In competitive context, improving the quality of education based on meeting customer satisfaction is a priority in schools; however, the schools are still facing many difficulties in meeting customer satisfaction due to lack of theoretical framework. Therefore, seeking a theoretical framework is essential. The total quality management framework has been used in various school settings. This framework is a practical and strategic approach to operate an organization (a school) with customer focus. This paper introduces the total quality management framework and provides some suggestions in using this framework to improve the quality of education in schools
