Summary:

Educational development is considered as one of the key factors determining the success of the national socio-economic development of all countries. However, in the context that Vietnam’s educational services have achieved great progress since the renovation, the disparity between the educational services development in rural and urban areas has been becoming larger. To clarify this issue, the author evaluates the current situation in the development of educational service in rural areas, in both aspects of service delivery and service accessing, and thereby to proposing solutions to further develop these services.
