Summary: 
This study delves into the content and methods of coordination between families and schools in the education of children with special educational needs. It provides guidance on the following aspects: 1) Coordination in identifying and detecting children with special educational needs. 2) Coordination in planning and organizing the implementation of child care and education activities. 3) Coordination in assessing children's development. These guidelines aim to assist schools, administrators, and preschool teachers in effectively coordinating tasks, ensuring that children with special educational needs have opportunities to develop in alignment with their personal characteristics and requirements of the current preschool education program.
