Summary:
Management of foreign training programs is one of important solutions to improve the quality of higher education in Vietnam. To accomplish this goal, it is essential to learn from the experiences of countries that have successfully implemented as well as have been found to have correlations in the Vietnamese context. With that criterion, we choose to study the experience of Singapore, China and Malaysia in the development of foreign training programs at higher institutions. On that basic, we draw lesson for Vietnam. The research is conducted based on 2 main methods: literature review and international comparative research. The research results can be used in both research and teaching of educational management in particular and in education area in general
