APPLYING THE PDCA MODEL IN MANAGING POLITICAL THEORY TRAINING ACTIVITIES AT NGHE AN PROVINCIAL SCHOOL OF POLITICS

Summary: 
The study analyzes the application of the PDCA model to the management of political theory training activities at Nghe An provincial school of Politics to enhance management effectiveness through a continuous improvement approach. In practice, the management of training activities remains largely administrative, lacks cyclical integration, and has not effectively leveraged modern management models. The research adopts a quantitative approach, surveying 178 administrators, lecturers, and trainees; data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire, processed in SPSS, and reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s Alpha. The findings indicate that the planning and evaluation stages achieve relatively high effectiveness. In contrast, the implementation and improvement stages remain at a moderate level, reflecting a lack of synchronization in the management cycle. This affirms the pivotal role of management in ensuring the quality of political theory training. At the same time, the study demonstrates that the PDCA model offers advantages in terms of systematicity, flexibility, and the capacity to establish feedback and continuous improvement mechanisms, making it well-suited to current requirements for management innovation. The research provides both theoretical and practical implications for educational managers, lecturers, and training institutions for enhancing the quality of cadre training toward a modern, efficient orientation.
